Privacy notice on the processing of personal data under Articles 13-14 of EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR).
1. Data controller
The data controller is Solaris S.r.l. (VAT 03566120279), with registered office at Via XIII Martiri, 161 and operating office at Corso Silvio Trentin, 24 — 30027 San Donà di Piave (VE), Italy.

2. Data collected through the contact form
When you fill in the contact form on the website, we collect the data you voluntarily provide: name, email address and message content. This data is used exclusively to respond to the request submitted and is not used for marketing purposes nor disclosed to third parties, except as described in point 4.
Legal basis:the data subject's consent, given by submitting the form (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
Retention: messages received are kept for as long as necessary to handle the request and, afterwards, for a maximum period of 24 months, unless otherwise required by law.
3. Cookies
The website does not use profiling cookies nor third-party analytics or tracking tools (e.g. Google Analytics). Only a technical session cookie is present, used for authentication to the restricted admin area (/admin), accessible only to authorized Solaris S.r.l. personnel. This cookie does not collect or track any data related to public visitors of the website.
4. Third-party providers and data transfer
To provide the service, we rely on the following third-party providers, acting as data processors or independent controllers within the scope of the service provided:
- Vercel Inc. — website hosting and delivery
- Resend — sending emails generated by the contact form
- Supabase — storage of the website's public content (projects, updates, images)
Some of these providers may process data on servers located outside the European Union (e.g. the United States); in that case, the transfer takes place on the basis of adequate safeguards provided for by the GDPR (Standard Contractual Clauses).
5. Data subject rights
As a data subject, you have the right to obtain at any time, under Articles 15-22 of the GDPR: access to your data, rectification or erasure, restriction of processing, objection to processing, and data portability. You may also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).
